1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or continuing to use public GoJB services after a material notice, you agree to these Terms and the documents incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use an authenticated feature.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, save a trip, share a private trip or present an offer for redemption. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
2. What GoJB provides
GoJB is a discovery, planning and merchant-marketing platform for SG↔JB lifestyle activities. It helps people find, compare, save, plan, contact, navigate to and present offers from participating merchants.
- GoJB does not process payments, hold money, provide a wallet, exchange or remit currency, or provide credit.
- GoJB does not operate transport, sell tickets, provide immigration or border services, or guarantee journey times or entry requirements.
- GoJB does not provide medical advice or services, recruitment or job placement, property listings, delivery or cross-border logistics, or social-network services.
3. Merchants and direct transactions
Merchants are independent businesses, not GoJB employees, agents or partners merely because they appear on the platform. Any purchase, booking, service, refund, warranty, safety matter or dispute is arranged directly between you and the merchant unless GoJB expressly states otherwise.
GoJB reviews selected submissions but does not guarantee a merchant's identity, licensing, quality, availability, suitability, safety or performance. Verification labels describe the checks actually completed and are not endorsements.
4. Accuracy, freshness and external information
Descriptions, hours, prices, discounts, locations, availability and offer inventory can change. Check time-sensitive information directly with the merchant before travelling or purchasing.
Maps, directions, phone, WhatsApp, websites and official-source links are third-party services governed by their own terms. GoJB is not responsible for an external service, its availability or content.
Journey, border, immigration, traffic and transport information must be checked against current official sources. A source date or freshness label is not a promise that conditions remain unchanged.
5. Plans, rankings and automated suggestions
Itineraries, comparisons, Worth Going results and rankings are informational suggestions generated from available structured records and user-selected constraints. They are not professional, safety, medical, financial, immigration or transport advice and do not guarantee that an itinerary is feasible.
Sponsored, approximate, stale, unverified and AI-assisted content is labelled when applicable. GoJB does not permit payment for an undisclosed ranking.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
- Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
- Do not automate abusive requests, scrape protected data, probe security controls, interfere with service operation or misuse redemption codes.
- Do not impersonate another person or business, submit unlawful or misleading material, infringe rights, or use GoJB to facilitate an excluded regulated service.
- Report suspected account compromise, incorrect content or unlawful activity through the Help or Privacy centre.
7. Intellectual property
GoJB and its original software, branding and editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Merchant content remains owned by the merchant or its licensor and is used under the rights granted to GoJB.
You may use GoJB for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected GoJB content except where applicable law permits.
8. Suspension, changes and availability
GoJB may restrict or suspend accounts, offers or content to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, correct risk or enforce these Terms. Wherever reasonably possible, affected users or merchants will receive a reason and a review channel.
Features may change, be unavailable or be withdrawn. Material changes to these Terms will receive a new version and require acceptance before protected features continue.
9. Warranties and liability
GoJB is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoJB does not give warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular trip or transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited. Any limitation is subject to applicable reasonableness and consumer-protection requirements.
Subject to those protections, GoJB is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from a merchant transaction, changed information, third-party service, user decision or event outside GoJB's reasonable control.
10. Complaints, law and contact
Contact GoJB through the in-app Help and Privacy centre first so the issue can be investigated and recorded. Merchant-service complaints may also need to be raised directly with the merchant.
These Terms are governed by Singapore law and disputes are subject to Singapore courts, without removing mandatory rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable Singapore or Malaysian law.
GoJB is operated by NEST WORLD HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. (Singapore UEN 201622831Z), registered at 273 Thomson Rd #02-04, Singapore 307644. The Founder/Director is the designated Data Protection Officer, and hello@gojb.sg is the public business contact for privacy enquiries.
