1. Authority and account roles
You confirm that you are authorized to represent the named business and bind it for the submissions you make. Owner, manager and staff permissions remain limited by GoJB's role controls and database policies.
Do not share accounts or permit an unauthorized person to redeem offers, access analytics or submit changes. Notify GoJB promptly when access should be revoked.
2. Business eligibility and records
- Maintain all registrations, licences, permits, tax obligations, safety approvals and insurance required for the advertised activity.
- Provide accurate legal/business name, registration information, trading address, public email and telephone details required by applicable marketplace rules.
- Provide private identity and business-account verification records only through an approved secure workflow when legally required; never place identity documents in public listing fields.
- Tell GoJB promptly when ownership, authority, licence or contact information changes.
3. Listing and advertising standards
All names, addresses, descriptions, hours, prices, taxes, mandatory charges, availability, qualifications and safety claims must be truthful, current and capable of substantiation. Required Malaysian marketplace disclosures must be available in Bahasa Malaysia; English may be added.
- Do not create fake ratings, testimonials, scarcity, usual prices, discounts or savings claims.
- Clearly disclose material restrictions, booking requirements, expiry, quantity limits, exclusions and sponsored placement.
- Do not advertise excluded GoJB categories or any unlawful, dangerous, discriminatory, infringing or misleading service.
4. Content rights
You retain ownership of merchant content and grant GoJB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for technical display, moderate and publish it for operating and promoting GoJB while the listing or offer remains active and for necessary archival or legal records.
You warrant that you own the content or have sufficient permission, including rights in logos, photographs, music, people, trademarks and supplied data. GoJB may request evidence or remove content while rights are investigated.
5. Offers and consumer fulfilment
The merchant, not GoJB, supplies the advertised product or service, receives payment directly and is responsible for fulfilment, receipts, taxes, refunds, warranties, safety and consumer remedies.
Honour a valid offer presented within its stated period and limits unless refusal is legally required or the consumer is ineligible under prominently disclosed terms. Report suspected abuse through the merchant workflow rather than retaining unnecessary consumer data.
6. Review, publication and takedown
Drafts remain private until submitted and approved. Submission does not guarantee publication. GoJB may request evidence, correct formatting, reject, pause or remove content to address legal, trust, freshness, security or product-scope concerns.
The last approved version may remain public while a change is reviewed. Decisions affecting publication, redemption or access are recorded in the audit trail and may be challenged through support.
7. Data and confidentiality
Use consumer or redemption data only to validate and fulfil the relevant interaction, prevent fraud, meet legal duties or resolve a documented dispute. Do not add consumers to marketing lists without valid separate consent, sell data, build profiles or expose another merchant's information.
Merchant analytics are privacy-safe aggregates and may be delayed, thresholded or withheld. They are directional measurements, not financial statements or guaranteed attribution.
8. Plans, fees and payment
Current Phase 1 plan and optional-service prices are published at https://gojb.sg/pricing. Before a paid service begins, the merchant receives an Order Summary stating the selected service, outlet scope, billing interval, exact MYR price, applicable tax, start date, renewal, cancellation and refund terms. The Order Summary and these Merchant Terms form the commercial agreement.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and priced per outlet net. No Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged. The merchant receives an ordinary commercial invoice or receipt, not a GST tax invoice. If this tax treatment changes, GoJB will update the billing disclosure before a later charge.
Paid merchant-plan fees are intended to be collected through a Stripe-hosted payment flow after the Order Summary is accepted. Stripe processes payment-method details under its terms; GoJB does not store complete card details. GoJB does not process consumer-to-merchant payments, hold merchant or consumer funds, provide a wallet or make merchant payouts.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the same billing interval until cancelled. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and service remains available until then. The merchant must cancel through the available Stripe billing portal or contact GoJB before the renewal time shown in its billing record to prevent the next charge.
Paid fees are non-refundable and no partial-period credit is given after a billing period starts, except for a duplicate or incorrect charge, where applicable law requires a remedy, or where GoJB ends the paid service without merchant breach. If GoJB cannot provide a material paid service and does not remedy it within a reasonable period after notice, GoJB will provide a proportionate credit or refund for the affected unused period.
A merchant may submit a campaign request only for its approved business, published outlet and currently valid offer. The merchant cannot choose recipients or send directly. GoJB reviews claims, dates, audience safeguards and sponsorship labels; approval or submission does not guarantee delivery, placement, results or sales.
9. Responsibility and indemnity
The merchant is responsible for its business, content, offers, staff, services and legal compliance. To the extent permitted by law, the merchant will reimburse GoJB for third-party losses arising from the merchant's unlawful content, rights infringement, misleading claim or failure to honour an accepted obligation, except to the extent caused by GoJB's own breach, negligence or misconduct.
Nothing excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
10. Termination, law and contact
Either party may end merchant participation, subject to outstanding consumer, record-retention and legal obligations. GoJB may suspend access immediately for credible fraud, security, safety or legal risk.
Singapore law and courts apply without removing mandatory Malaysian or consumer protections. GoJB is operated by NEST WORLD HOLDINGS PTE. LTD.
