1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and satisfy the merchant's published conditions. A merchant may ask for reasonable evidence needed to verify eligibility, but should not retain unnecessary identity data.
2. Offer information
Each offer must show its participating outlet, benefit, validity period, exclusions, booking requirement, quantity or per-person limit and other material conditions. Check the latest terms before travelling.
A displayed offer is not a guarantee of stock, appointment availability or service capacity unless the merchant expressly confirms it.
3. QR presentation
A GoJB QR code is a short-lived signed presentation of offer eligibility. It is not money, payment, credit, a stored-value facility, a reservation, a ticket or proof that a service was supplied.
The merchant validates and confirms redemption. Presentations may expire, be limited to one use or be rejected if duplicated, altered, revoked, outside the validity period or inconsistent with published eligibility.
4. Payment and fulfilment
Pay the merchant directly using a method the merchant accepts. GoJB does not receive or refund consumer funds. The merchant is responsible for the supplied product or service, receipts, taxes, refund obligations, warranties and applicable consumer remedies.
5. Fair use and disputes
Do not copy, sell, automate, manipulate or attempt duplicate use of a QR presentation. GoJB may invalidate suspicious presentations and preserve an audit record.
Raise fulfilment issues with the merchant and report inaccurate or refused published offers to GoJB. Nothing in these rules removes statutory consumer rights.
