Your current, approved offers appear in the Current offers section of your business page. Pro includes up to 3 active offers at a time per outlet; Premium includes up to 10. Offers may also appear in Deals and relevant discovery sections, but these allowances do not reserve advertising positions. Sponsored placements are separate GoJB Boost services.
Yes. Basic is free and includes your business details, ownership claim and factual corrections. Listings are subject to GoJB review and approval.
No. Approved Basic merchants can enquire about Boost too. We confirm the placement, audience, timing, requirements and final scope with you before booking.
Tell us your campaign objective. We review the available audience, data and delivery requirements before agreeing a booking. Push messages go only to eligible opted-in recipients. Itinerary suggestions must fit the visitor’s plan; paying does not guarantee inclusion in every itinerary.
No. Sponsored placements are clearly labelled and may rotate. Traffic, enquiries and sales are not guaranteed. Reports describe measured actions, not assumed sales. Organic search ranking is not for sale.
Pro is RM190 for 12 months and Premium is RM490 for 12 months, per outlet. That is the equivalent of 10 monthly payments. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the same interval until cancelled.
Cancel through the Stripe billing portal or contact GoJB before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so access continues until then. Paid fees are not refunded or credited for a partial period, except for a duplicate or incorrect charge, a remedy required by law, or an affected unused period when GoJB ends or cannot provide the paid service.
Your individually agreed introductory offer still applies. We confirm its included services and duration with you before any paid service begins.
